Design Build is a whole-project approach that streamlines the remodeling process into three phases:

Phase 1 - Planning

At our free on-site consultation, we will discuss your project with you to gain an understanding of your goals, schedule and budget.

Written Design Proposal

Now that we understand your project goals and expectations, we will give you a written proposal outlining the scope of work and estimate for our services.

Phase 2 - Design

Field Survey

This step initiates the Design Phase and the start of your project. We will visit your home or office to gather the essential information necessary to begin your project's design. At this visit, measurements and photographs will be taken and a project schedule is determined.

Schematic Design

Based upon the criteria defined earlier in the process, we will create a schematic design that satisfies both function and style.

Construction Documents

The result of the schematic design is an architectural blueprint of your project. The Fentell Remodeling team will take this time to review these blueprints and confer with one another on any outstanding questions.

Phase 3 - Construction

Construction Bid
Based upon the details gathered during Phase 1, this bid outlines the services and costs required for your project.

Pre-Construction Meeting
We take this opportunity to introduce you to the Project Manager who will be supervising your remodeling project.
